Over the years Clear Architectural Services have established a simple stepped procedure to ensure that renovating or extending your home is a smooth process all the way to completion.
Step 1
Call Clear Architectural Services for free advice or to arrange an initial visit on 0161 653 7128 or email on mark@clear-architecture.co.uk
Step 2
At your convenience, we will discuss your proposals and agree a fee with you. We will then make some enquiries with the Local Authority. Our service is free of charge up to
this point as it helps us to advise you correctly and establish the level of service that you
require.
Step 3
If you are happy with the quotation we will make arrangements to carry out a measured survey and discuss your project in more detail. This stage will take 2 – 3 hours.
Step 4
After a short period, usually a couple of weeks, we will visit again with our sketches and explain the options available to you.
Step 5
We will produce computer generated drawings of your preferred scheme and submit all documentation to planning and building control on your behalf for full approval.
Step 6
If required we can continue to produce more detailed design information and tender
documents to assist you in getting quotations from builders and suppliers and seeing
your project through to completion with you.
